柑桔果醬

    睇番啲舊 blog發覺原來已經有成年無整過果醬喇,對上一次整果醬都係為咗清年桔而整,今年都唔例外,同樣因為呢個原因而整咗柑桔果醬。


今朝啱啱先整好嘅果醬,依家正在攤凍中。





老竇今年喺農場 friend 個年宵攤檔度拎咗好多龍膽桔返嚟,咪睇佢咁青
BB 咁款,其實果皮非常之清甜,但果肉就比較酸喇!





用咗約 600 柑桔整咗4 樽果醬,依家都仲剩番
差唔多成千克咁多,應該會再整多一轉。






晏晝等到麵包出爐時,即刻用新鮮即製果醬搽麵包食,正!

    妳整嘢食咁叻,整果醬實難唔到妳啦!搵次試試啦,真係好食過街賣呢!
