今日同 Lily 上完堂之後,就同佢一齊出去市廣場間上海婆婆度食 lunch,當然唔少得我老豆個份啦!
好鍾意佢哋掛喺牆上面果啲畫,啲BB好得意,個個都肥嘟嘟,好 cute 呀!
呢碟就係 Lily 點嘅前菜小食 — 涼拌雞絲粉皮,本來個味都幾好,不過啲花生醬就好濃、好 "杰",攪到好膠口,唔夠清爽,連食慣濃味嘅老豆都話太過濃啦。
呢個就係我嘅必然之選 — 松子仁雞肉叉子燒餅喇。記得細個果陣,每次去到啲京滬菜食肆,如果有呢個燒餅的話,媽咪就一定會叫俾我同阿馳食 o架啦,因為可以自己放啲餡落個燒餅裡面,又好食、又得意、又好玩嗎,所以上次同 Winnie、Li Kien 嚟食果陣,我一見到就即刻話要,對佢有種情意結!就算媽咪依家唔喺我身邊,我都覺得佢每次都陪緊我一齊食 o架!
講番個燒餅先,燒餅本身好酥鬆,而且送到埋嚟都仲係熱辣辣,加咗餸入去都唔會整腍個餅。我覺得都好抵食,因為每次我哋將啲餸放入去時都係裝到滿瀉咁滯,但係裝滿哂 4件燒餅後,依然剩番好多餸喺度,每次都係空口食埋佢,所以以 $2X ( 唔記得 exactly 幾錢 ) 嚟計,抵食過佢果啲 "好大隻碗 " 嘅湯麵啦!
呢碟係泡椒黃鱔片,因為第一次同 Winnie 嚟呢度食果陣,我哋叫咗個泡椒雞柳客飯,我覺得好正,於是今次就推介俾我老豆同 Lily試吓呢度嘅泡椒菜式。
食之前我已經同佢哋講,啲泡椒就唔係好辣,只係好鹹、好酸,反而啲指天椒就好勁,叫佢哋自己小心啲,點知始終都係 "出事 ",Lily 食到面都紅哂,成面標哂汗,急忙搵茶 " 救火!" 於是我就叫佢快啲食番啲菜中和吓啦,佢話嚇到佢唔敢再掂呢碟餸。
用嚟 "救火" 嘅腿茸奶油津白出場啦!!啲菜夠腍,索咗啲汁後仍然好清淡,唔會太濃,又唔會太淡,恰到好處,所以佢哋都話夾埋果碟泡椒鱔片一齊食就啱啱好。
差唔多食到尾聲,見碟泡椒仲有好多汁剩咗喺度,Lily 就話不如叫碗白飯撈埋啲汁,唔好嘥咗佢,於是我就提議叫碗鹹肉菜飯,有特色啲嗎。個飯好香,又唔會太鹹、太油,幾好食啊。
要 round up 呢餐,就梗係唔少得甜品啦!呢個高力香蕉豆沙亦係我嘅必食之選,因為呢樣嘢我係一定唔會整,只會出街食。點解?因為我好怕炸嘢囉,唔知點樣先可以做到外面色澤啱啱好,裡面又唔會未熟,而且炸完嘢後果鑊油都唔知點處置好,唔通倒咗佢咩!所以都係留番出街先食炸物吧。
其實上次都有食到呢個高力豆沙,不過就麻麻哋,啲蛋白有啲油膩,好 " 漏 ",但係呢次就唔同,好食好多,一啲都唔覺油膩,蛋白柔軟富彈性,Lily 同老豆都贊不絕口呀!唯獨是 Lily 覺得應該用香蕉茸而唔應該整片香蕉放入佢,失色咗少少。
Lily 雖然話咗今餐佢請,但係埋單時就差唔多 $300,我見咁重皮,於是就叫佢除番 3 份數啦,但係佢話無所謂啦,就當係佢請我哋食聖誕餐喎,好啦,咁多謝哂妳喇 Lily!
