呢個包既係 2012 年最後一包,但亦都係 2013 年第一包喎,此話何解呢?原因係個包包喺除夕日已經整好,準備作為晚餐,而我依家已經習慣咗定時約十二點先食最後一餐,即一般人嘅晚餐,所以呢個三文治係我踏入 2013 年後第一個食嘅包囉!
煙三文魚、番茄同生菜,再加少少日式沙律醬,味道清新。
唔知係咪因為天氣勁乾,從來都未試過用裸麥粉搓成嘅麵糰會咁乾爽,
平時只會越搓越濕,攪到 "呢咁 hea",今次就反而邊搓邊加水,
但個麵糰都仲係算乾,所以個麵糰入爐焗都唔係好夠爆。
Pumpernickel 出名夠重、夠紮實,兩份三文治已經夠哂飽囉!

[版主回覆01/12/2013 22:55:33]I usually sleep around 2 - 3 am. "Mo Ban Fa La", I always start working at 4 - 5 pm, then off around 9 - 10pm!!
I especially like pumpernickel, it's really healthy, no oil & high fibre.
