自製飯糰

        一個人食飯時,真係會好懶,唔想攪咁多嘢,簡簡單單一餐就算。晏晝個餐就仲求其,有時食個包,有時煮個即食麵就攪掂,慳水慳力。


        今日晏晝就整咗飯糰食,真係超懶呀,叫做好過食白飯啦,嘻嘻! 又易整,又好味,又夠飽肚,一次過滿足哂我 3 個願望!




材料:
珍珠米 / 壽司米
壽司醋
飯素
即食紫菜


- 米洗乾淨後放入飲煲內煮熟成飯。


- 趁熱加入適量壽司醋,拌勻。


- 加入飯素拌勻後,雙手手掌濕少少水,將飯放上手上輕輕搓成飯糰。


- 搓成自己鍾意嘅形狀之後,喺飯糰底部包上一條紫菜,即可享用。



今日我整咗兩種口味,一隻係海苔 wasabi 味,另一隻係紫蘇梅味。


 



呢包就係新買嘅紫蘇梅飯素。



        記得以前仲係「八佰伴」時代果陣,好多時都會同媽咪出市中心 shopping,咁當然會喺埋市廣場度食嘢喇。如果去「八佰伴」個 food court 食的話,幾乎實會幫襯專買飯糰果個 counter,因為佢果隻紫蘇梅飯糰真係好好食!但係自從「八佰伴」摺埋之後,就再無食過 lu,所以我一直都好想搵番呢隻味道,回味一吓。果然 "踏破鐵鞋無覓處",俾我JUSCO Supermarket 度搵到呢包紫蘇梅飯素,見到就即刻買嚟試啦!一打開個包裝袋,第一時間即刻試吓個味道,嘩,exactly 就係呢隻味道喇!!果一刻好開心,好有 feel,同媽咪一齊食紫蘇梅飯糰時嘅畫面即刻喺我面前浮現,果種感覺好幸福、好滿足,好想留住呢種感覺直到永遠!


Notes
- 壽司醋可用普通白醋代替。


- 可隨意選擇自己鍾意嘅飯素口味。


- 手掌濕水嘅作用係防止飯粒黐喺手上。

  1. 我想請問:如果想早一晚整定第二朝俾細路帶返學,要點保存??可唔可行??因為朝早太早出門,真係整唔切呀!!
    [版主回覆06/04/2010 23:26:00]        我 諗最好真係要臨 瞓前先整好囉!因為唔放得入雪櫃 o架,放過入雪櫃之後, 啲飯粒變到好乾、好硬、好難食,好似生米咁 o架!咁所以整好之後,徹底攤凍,就放入密氣膠盒保存,擺 喺通風地方, 反正又無肉,應該隔一晚都唔會變壞 嘅!         不過坦白講,我真係未試過放隔夜囉,如果真係要放過夜的話,我都會放入雪櫃,第二日蒸番熱先食,不過對於妳 嚟講,咪一樣朝早要麻煩再做功夫! !         妳可以平時搵次煮飯時煮多少少,然後用以上方法保存一晚,睇 吓會唔會變囉,如果無事,咁妳應該可以放心整飯糰喇!

  2. 我都鐘意食呢類飯團家 ,去叔婆有時都會買黎食 , 如果自己整, 我會用平底鑊烘一下 ,等有少少金黃 , 仲香呀........呢類飯素都係超方便  ,仲可以包榨菜,梅之類野入去........
    [版主回覆06/04/2010 23:38:00]        嗯,入到 blog 嗱!今日到我個 facebook post 唔到 blog 喇!         乜「叔婆」有飯糰買咩?無留意到 o添!         白鑊烘一烘?咁咪會有少少靚靚焦黃色?下次玩 吓先!包餡 嘅飯糰我又未食過喎!          今次試過成功整到飯糰,我 諗我會去 JUSCO Supermarket 買果隻一盒有幾種味道 嘅飯素,因為真係勁方便,懶起上 嚟,煮好飯撈 啲飯素就當一餐,形都費事搓 o添喇!

  3. 呢個我成日整比細路帶 lunch 㗎....超方便! 有時有啲食物真係會勾起一些藏在心底的回憶架....好似我煮親通粉都会想起媽媽一樣,完全感受得到你的 feeling.

  5. Thanks for visiting my blog.
     
    I like rice balls too.  Sometime ago, I came across a plum paste (by S&B).  It tastes great and can be used as filling for rice balls.  Not sure if it is available in CitySuper though.

  6. Actually, I should have seen that in Japan.  But as there are a number of S&B sauces in CitySuper, I guess they may also have the plum paste.  Well, it is for lazy people like me.  If you are really into it, then the real Japanese pickled plums should always be the best.
