呢個薯仔包同樣係「黑麥」嘅出品,當然,我能夠食到 「Pumpernickel 」啲咁正嘅麵包,梗係要多謝表妹 Lily,唯有佢買俾我食我先至有機會食到佢地嘅出品,皆因無論係金鐘抑或係天后舖,都好唔就腳,所以我較難有機會親自去買嚟食,除咗上次約咗 Winnie 聽 concert 前無聊周街逛先至特登走去搵呢間舖。
我習慣咗將啲麵包焗番熱嚟食,呢次都唔例外,不過今次我又學到嘢啦,就係先喺麵包上面灑少少水,然後用錫紙包住嚟焗,果然無之前咁乾身,甚至焗到脆口,仍然保持鬆軟,好食好多,所以即使係雪咗喺冰箱嘅麵包,焗熱之後同剛出爐嘅麵包都乜分別,一樣熱辣辣,好吸引,呢個方法係喺學生屋企睇到本教整麵包嘅書度學番嚟嘅。
講番個包,因為落咗香草,焗緊果陣都已經聞到好香,到食果陣就更加唔駛講啦,簡直係香到飛起,加上面頭嘅洋蔥,就香上加香,而且個包嘅 texture 係我鍾意食嘅硬包 (三哥仔將之形容為 "石頭" ),所以直情係我嘅 favourite 啦!不過唔知點解,我食極都食唔到有薯仔,但係我記得上次 Lily 俾過少少我試過,係好明顯有薯絲喺入面,但今次就無,唔知係 Lily 今次講錯咗個名俾我聽呀、店員俾錯咗包佢呀、定抑或個師傅唔記得落薯仔呢?不過無所謂啦,反正個包都一樣咁好食,如果媽咪喺度就好啦,我哋兩個可以一齊食,個包肯定仲好食呀!
果日我都有買薯仔包黎食, 原來只係麵包面上有一粒咁大把O既薯仔粒係上面... 反而個包入面,只得香草咋... 合桃包、黑麥包、芝士乳酪包、提仔包@黑麥,都係「我的選擇」。 嘻....
